One-Year Limited Warranty

Adventure Mounts LLC provides this One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of an Adventure Mounts product.

What is covered

For one year from the date of delivery, Adventure Mounts warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when it is installed according to the provided instructions and used under normal household conditions.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or finish
  • Normal wear, cosmetic aging, scratches, or discoloration
  • Improper installation or failure to follow the installation instructions
  • Unsuitable wall construction, incorrect anchors, or incorrect mounting hardware
  • Misuse, modification, impact, overloading, neglect, or moisture damage
  • Damage to skis, snowboards, walls, or other property
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller

How to make a warranty claim

Email info@adventuremounts.com within the one-year warranty period. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and the claimed defect. Proof of purchase is required.

Available remedy

If Adventure Mounts confirms that a claim is covered, we may, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or refund the original purchase price. Adventure Mounts will cover reasonable shipping costs for an approved warranty claim.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
