Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Email info@getadventuremounts.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Most orders ship by the next business day, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be completed before shipment. After an order ships, it cannot be canceled and the Adventure Mounts return policy applies.

Subscriptions and recurring purchases

Adventure Mounts does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options.
