Shipping policy

Adventure Mounts provides free standard shipping on every order within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Most in-stock orders ship by the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because carrier, weather, holiday, and other delays can occur outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Address changes

Email info@adventuremounts.com as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected. Because most orders ship quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
